My path to opening Martlet Academy began after many years working in early childhood education. Along the way, I cared for wonderful children and partnered with families I still think about today. That experience taught me exactly what parents need most from childcare: trust.
This work is meaningful. It's also demanding. Educators carry real responsibility for a child's safety, growth, and the small life skills that shape who they become. Because of that, I've seen it firsthand — children thrive when their teachers feel supported, valued, and genuinely happy to be there.
